How can I tell if the products I use now are pure from toxic ingredients?
Through a great deal of research, we believe that the best, most
objective resource available is the SkinDeep database. It is objective,
and one of the most comprehensive resources currently available. Click
here to search and review the contents of the product(s) you’re
currently using. Odds are, you’ll find yourself joining the Repurify
community to stop wondering and get that beautiful feeling of
confidence.
What does it mean that your products are “certified pure?”
There is currently no ingredient standard by which cosmetics and
personal care product companies regulate the contents of their products -
and even government standards are shockingly lax. So we use standards
from trustworthy, third-party, non-profit organizations like the
Environmental Working Group to sort out the pure products from the rest.
Every product we carry passes the Environmental Working Group’s
stringent criteria to be rated among the purest, most effective
available. That means everything we carry has a rating between “0” and
“2,” where “0” is best by the EWG standards.
Is everything you sell natural and/or organic?
The vast majority of the products we carry are made with natural and/or
organic ingredients. You can review the ingredients in the description
of every product we carry. However, we don’t pay a lot of attention to
that, as many product manufacturers find legal loopholes in order to put
these words on the package of products that may not be as pure as
they’re cracked up to be.
Are the products you carry tested on animals?
No.
Why do you only offer certain products from each company you carry?
We have hand-picked the companies and brands we carry - they are
ethical, responsible, and make fabulous products. But we have gone a
step further to hand pick each and every product we offer in order to
honor our commitment to carry only the purest products the world has to
offer. That means that not every product makes our grade to be certified
pure.
Are products Repurify.com carries available in supermarkets or large discount stores?
Most products we carry are pretty tough to come by. That’s because we
don’t subscribe only to companies with big marketing budgets, but rather
companies that make the purest, most effective products out there. Some
products are available in “regular” stores, but many aren’t. And even
if they are offered in the “natural” sections of big-box stores, good
luck sorting them out from the sea of chemicals that surround them…

How can I determine which products are best for my skin, hair, etc.?
We’ve done our best to provide informative product descriptions and
usage instructions to help you get positively radiant results from every
product we offer. So where appropriate, we let you know what products
work best for certain skin types, hair types, desired results, etc. But
if you have any questions or need advice on what products will work best
for you, email or call our friendly customer support team for a little
one-on-one advice.

What is your return policy?
We are proud to
guarantee our products 100%. That means that if you’re not happy, we’ll
fix it. Whether you accidentally ordered the wrong color, or you’ve
used a few products a few times and just feel let down. Contact our
service team and we’ll provide a refund or replacement.
How do I return a product?
Contact our friendly customer service team to arrange a refund or replacement product.
Can I feel sure my personal information is safe and secure?
Yes. Absolutely. No question about it. We’re as fanatical about
security as we are purity and beauty. We use state-of-the-art encryption
for secure transactions, and the security of your personal information.
What should I do if I need to change, update, or cancel an order?
Contact our friendly customer service team and they’ll provide simple
instructions on how to update your order (though most of the time they
can just do it for you).
Home Delivery
Do you deliver products outside of the United States?
We ship to all states and territories of the United States. At the moment, we do not ship internationally.
What carrier delivers your products?
Based on
your order, our distribution center automatically selects the most
efficient way to get your products from us to your doorstep. Your
delivery will arrive via either UPS or USPS Priority Mail. And, of
course, the choice is yours within our streamlined checkout if you’d
like to have home delivery of your products via expedited service (e.g.
second-day, etc.)
From where will my order ship?
Our distribution
center is located in Lexington, KY - strategically positioned within 45
minutes of a major distribution hub for UPS.
